Overview
This policy covers freeoutbound.com. It explains what information we collect from visitors and applicants, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients as part of running their outbound campaigns — that's governed by our client agreements, not this policy.
Information We Collect
When you book a fit call, we collect what you provide through our scheduling tool: your name, email, company, and anything you tell us about your business. When you browse the site, we collect basic usage data (pages viewed, referring source, device type) through privacy-focused analytics that does not use tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles.
How We Use It
We use booking information to run the fit call and, if it's a match, to build and run your free campaign. We use site analytics to understand what's working on the site and fix what isn't. We don't use your information for anything beyond that without asking first.
Third-Party Services
We use Cal.com to handle scheduling and Vercel Analytics to measure site usage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We keep booking and campaign-related information for as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you, and as needed to meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see Your Rights below.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we'll handle it directly — no ticket system, no runaround.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider is designed to measure usage without cookies or persistent identifiers.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes To This Policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
